Every time I go by this site, near Tinseltown and International Village, I can't help thinking about the condo I was offered in 1998. 2 bedroom and den, 20th floor, with a view of Coal Harbour and the North Shore mountains. Insider deal, from the girl I knew who was head of marketing for Henderson, the developer. Price? $178,000.
I thought the ensuite bathroom was a little small for the price.

So it would be worth what now, at least double that? Triple? Too bad you didn't buy then, you'd have your house paid for!
